Pros

Great people in their plants, safety focused, continuous improvement focused, work life balance is pretty good, a lot of team work in the plants.

Cons

Upper echelons of Greif are really disjointed, leadership is poor, the company makes no capital improvements or reinvestment back into upgrading equipment, budgets are often cut to meet short term goals. Greif promotes who they like, not who is best suited for the job.

stepstone for NA global Co.

Pros

With excellent global standard. A good stepstone where you can adapt yourself to a global company.

Cons

High work load with salary under average. Work place is far away from downtown. Do not care for employees. See no hope but cost cut down unwisely since transformation. These make the company be a training camp for other good company. Can't keep a professional middle-management team. Then as chain reaction loosing experienced staff.
