      Good pay, amazing benefits, hard to beat the 401K, thats why I'm still here.

      Cons

      Prepare to work non stop 12 hour days, weekends and alternating shifts. You may work 7am to 7pm one day, and 11pm to 11am the next. Runs round the clock, prepare to forego family time and weekends. Don't bother making plans. And management could care less about getting a fully staffed shift trained properly. They'd rather hire a new guy every 2 months and not train them so that way every is forced to continue working relentless 12 hour days till their deathbed.

      Half a raise, no bonus in years, no incentive to work through pandemic

      Pros

      They just dont care enough to ride your backside all day, as long as you dont get hurt or mess something up, thats when the managers will get up and actually do their job

      Cons

      Cost of living raise is was 3% a year, but last few years they have only gave about 1% and there has been no bonus in 4 years, even after working through the entire pandemic and never missing work. Now inflation report in December 2021 shows highest inflation in 40 years. Not worth struggling for a company that doesnt look out for its employees
