Now for the bad part. Of course if you do not like working 70+ hours this is not for you, you are required to work overtime and for time of its hard to do anything at all even for medical needs or even family. Expect a lot of issues in the plant regarding maintenance and management regarding not having enough budget for employees and machine parts. Basically it is very stressful to work here where the work is hard and nothing is being done to resolve it. And even if you work hard you will still leave late. Very depressing. They will tell you a story of how great this company is then when you start it's a totally different story. It's so bad people instead of calling the company greif they call it GRIEF.

Not sticking to there word, getting paid every two weeks sucks, two faced people in Corporate and my home plant Englishtown,Nj Travel for 14 days at a time to come home for 3 days but people can take off for anything n they don’t care about Deadlines or project cost they say they do but they don’t they make u work these stupid hours to get no where cause Engineering besides Greg Robey knows what he is doing everyone else is a print reader.
