There are many opportunities to make an impact and define the standard process in your area of the organization. The global exposure is great and provides challenges that need creative and thoughtful solutions.

Cons

Working in a global setting can be challenging to come up with the right solution and there are many leaders that want to have their input included in the solution. There are some teams that are working in silos but there are efforts to breakdown these walls.
