Pros

Campus and building are great. Good people in plant and middle management. Everyone works hard and dedicated. Good products and industry leader but moves slow. A good place to learn and grow skills but then move on for reasons below:

Cons

Political and entrenched leadership, difficult to move within or across departments especially IT, GSSC, Finance. Leaders manage up and do not listen and develop and disregard loyal dedicated employees. Not a Lean tenant.

Mandatory overtime, turnover rate is outrageous, terrible scheduling as of late resulting in working weekends, and hiring people takes forever.
