Pros

Grey Eagle has Decent health insurance, vision, dental! Maybe a few good co-workers! There is nothing good about this company that would even entice anyone to come work for them!

Cons

Compensation is terrible! Unfair wages. Very clicky organization. Nobody has your back. It's an "everyone for themselves" culture. Owner doesn't seem to care about the high turnover. He's losing great employees because of the ridiculously low pay! Everyone is replaceable mentality! Sales reps are on call 24/7. They are Suppose to get major holidays off, but you still have to work them because you'd fall way behind. Not enough staff to help cover holidays. Terrible training for new hires. They throw you to the wolves immediately. Zero communication. Very secretive company as well. The cons list just keeps growing.......

Pros

Not many with the exception of a few good people to work with.

Cons

Working at Grey Eagle gave you no quality of life. As a sales rep you are always on call. It is a drop what you are doing in your personal life and tend to the needy customer issues/complaints which is brought on by the level of service from the delivery department and the tight cost cutting measures that comes from the owner. You can't take a day off without dealing with phone calls from customers or a need to answer emails from management. No holidays can be enjoyed and you are often asked to work on Sundays prior to holidays with no compensation in return. There is high turnover within the company. When someone quits or gets terminated the owner often waits weeks if not months to fill the open positions so he can save his pennies and nickels which puts a huge strain on the organization especially the sales department. Owner only cares about saving the almighty dollar for himself which is very disappointing. He has been spoon fed all of his life and has no idea how to live in the lower middle class.
