      Your just number to them, and easily replaceable.

      Pros

      They have alot of properties so room to move around. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      Too big of company so your just a number to them. They don't pay well compared to other companies and if you don't like it then they can find someone cheaper than what they pay you is how they see it, no matter how good you are. They buy and sell alot so you may be left without a job in a year or two. Required to do lots of unnecessary paperwork. They have meetings to brag about not being in debt and being so large since they pay poorly they can be. Bought my property and cut everyone's pay $2-3 an hour. Fired Manager.

      Read the negative reviews and take note of the consistencies in many of these reviews before applying for a job with Greystar. If you have already applied, look elsewhere! I have worked for Greystar a few years and for a while I fooled myself into thinking this was a good job, but it is far from it. I am unable to disclose the majority of the issues here, but let this serve as a warning for anyone currently working for Greystar or considering working for Greystar; You do Not want to work for this company. It is not worth it. If you have morals and values, stay away. Until they clean house in HR, or at least replace the incompetent employees and until/unless some of the Regional and Property Managers are held accountable for their actions, things will only get worse.
