Pros

Pretty good benefits, some of the people are excellent to work for & work with. Most prospects & residents are nice.

Cons

Very "Cliquish" type of company. Promotions come to those who don't deserve it. Promotions are given due to who you know. Raises are very minimal, I'm talking change/cents. If you have to transfer to another property, they are not fair on your compensation. It doesn't matter if you have a college education with years of experience, they will try to low ball offer you! It also seems to be very racially biased. If your not a young, blonde then it seems your not good enough.

Great Benefits, Great Starter Job

Pros

They have amazing health and investment benefits (401k). The bonuses usually help supplement your hourly wage as well. If you are looking for a starter job, I would look into a leasing professional or assistant property manager.

Cons

You are often micro managed.
