      -Events held at Chapter -Rapor you build with residents

      No Progression to higher management unless you're from Vodafone or Premier in as everyone is bringing their friends in. They will find any excuse not to give you your bonus They will brag about annual profits but then wont use the money to fix their buildings. 1 building (islington) had no working boilers for 5 months. Company is a joke. They're not inclusive and will have you working stupid hours during check-in and "FORGET" to pay you over time which they state they will in your contract.

      Good salary Friendly approach on Management level

      Cons

      Unhealthy and unfair employee culture: at property level, they overload team is to reduce costs and not to invest on crucial roles like admin assistant. No effective training in place. Company culture needs to be built from scratch

      No good reasons to work here. Most people have 'manager' in there job title. Awful office, stressful under paid and you are just a number!

      Cons

      If you want a truly stressful and back stabbing environment to work in, then go to Greystar! Tenants hate them, staff are a joke, and the mangers couldn't mange there way out of a paper bag
