Clicky and if your face doesn't fit, don't bother

Pros

For nothing but the salary but the hours are long so this really is nothing much to get excited about.

Cons

No flexibility. The growth of the company is too fast so they lose sight of who you are. If you are liked by your manager you will get far. If you are not part of the 'click', don't bother. Be prepared to take your work home with you also. Management is quite poor and confidentiality is lacking.

Pros

- Only one I can think of is many online courses available for extra training - Opportunities to progress if the manager favours you

Cons

Too many site specific issues to list and how badly the management were dealing with it but here are some. - Fired/let go at probation meeting without any warning or opportunity to explain myself or improve. No specifics given, they took my colleagues taddle takes as fact when they were my equal and all started after me as I was the first CSA for the site, my opinion should have mattered just as much  - Management expect customer service staff to deep clean and maintain coffee machines instead of paying a cleaner to do it - Overbooking move ins, more then staff are equipped to handle, had 25 in 1 day... Couldn't sit down as was busy assiting residents yet was expected to complete all types of admin for future move ins at rhe same time - Nonsense instructions from management that went beyond logic such as being asked to take diving training so we can jump in the pool if someone is drowning, return residents trash to them by knocking on their door asking them to dispose of it and maintaining rental equiptment in TULU rental machine - Appealed to the general manager and to Greystar HR but was met with a tough luck 'nothing we can do' response... One of the worst experience of my professional life, sadly I gave a lot of advice based on my experince which was implemented and had plenty more to give but their loss...

Pros

Reputable company, potential for advancement/job opportunity, impressive properties,

Cons

No training, rushed on-boarding, left to sink or swim, overly demanding, no support from upper management, no recruitment team/need for more employees, HR does not respond to emails/complaints, do not honour/reinforce company values in day-to-day ops, lacks diversity in senior management, no time for internal company training, mediocrity and poor behaviour is common due to shortage of employees and multiple employees call out sick every week.
