      Pros

      I loved working for Greystar in the Southwestern United States! The company overall has good benefits, competitive compensation, and good time-off policies

      Cons

      Upon transferring to the Pacific Northwest, it was very different. It was the same company, but it was certainly run differently in this area.

      Pros

      I was luck to be in a great community, residents were friendly and some of them turned out to be great contacts for me when I started looking for a full time position

      Cons

      I felt at times my job was part time concierge and part time sales. Lot of posting of ads on craigslist, there was not a lot of work that was mentally stimulating

      Pros

      Pretty laid back, properties are extremely nice and cater to a very specific type of person (usually working professionals), expect employees to be dressed nicely when you come to work. They have policies in place that work and you are expected to follow those. Working for Greystar was a very positive experience and when a new management company came to my property to take over, our entire office staff considered transferring to a different property just to stay on with Greystar.

      Cons

      They don't promote within very quickly.
