Hours are effective and timed well Insurance and benefits were not that bad

Cons

Since merging with Riverstone this company has really gone back on its core beliefs Work/Life Balance poor Everything ran like a bureaucratic government with no input or direction from upper management

Not Much Room to Grow

Pros

Working in some of the newest buildings in the market. Large community to pull extra hours from. Largest property management company out there.

Cons

You will not move into a real paying job without a degree. Salary caps out @ low 20's the highest wages being in the city. They will overload you with work to the point where it is a constant in your life. Your job will never end when you clock out. Raises are @ 3% and reviews are worthless. Health benefits are OK for One person. If you have a family prepare to spend $300+ /month on healthcare. You are just a number to these people. The real money is in the office, but prepare to wear a short skirt to get it. Look for a job with the city if you are considering. Good luck.
