      Pros

      Competitive pay and close knit atmosphere. Everyone was real cool. I still stay in touch with leadership there.

      Pros

      The salaries are very good, the ability to advance your career is based on ability to do the job and not limited to length in current position. If management sees the talent in their team members, they will promote. Customer service is key to this company and that applies to team members, residents and future residents. Very thankful to be working with this company!

      Cons

      Although not really a "con" or negative is that there is a lot of work to do and staff performance is crucial with this fast paced, resident oriented industry. Greystar Management makes working harder not burdensome but worth it. They appreciate the hard work of their team.

      Pros

      It seems as if the company promotes from within, we get regular email blast about open positions within the company both on-site and in the corporate offices.

      Cons

      I not sure of the cons yet, Greystar just took over Riverstone Residential a few months ago. There have been a lot of changes but I am still getting a feel for the company
