      Pros

      Decent pay for an entry level type position. Enjoyed my co-workers. The job was easy. Flexible with time off.

      Cons

      Very boring and routine, lots of time alone in the office. Dealing with resident complaint staring at a computer and answering the phone all day. Work every weekend. High turnover.

      Huge Company, Lower Pay, About Numbers not People, Every position duties/etc are strictly scripted feels robotic

      Pros

      It's a job if you need one. It's fun to be a part of someone's new home. It's easy kind of like telemarketing, just read the written script and check every box they want you to. And remember, every call is recorded and graded, every tour "could be a shop" and every situation has a black and white generic response.

      Cons

      Culture of giggly, silly, girls on the corporate level. That trickles down to the properties. Childish emails, games, and baby talk in meetings, training, and company events was really embarrassing and shocking. General talking "down to" and "dumbing down" every aspect of the positions is demoralizing and demotivating. The company is great if you are a property owner-they slash and cut costs anyway possible, but that includes delayed maintenance, cheap repairs that will cost more long term, cheap labor also causes apathy and unhappy residents. Greystar has "pillars of excellence" but they are words on paper and not used in daily business.
