Pros
1) TONS of opportunity for advancement. Properties all over the country, in Mexico and the UK make transferring to a different location/property possible.
2) Excellent training available. The first two or three weeks, you need to plan on spending your time in training classes at the corporate office and on the computer for webex's, etc. If you're an on-site team member, don't expect to just jump right in to leasing.
3) Fair salaries with lots of opportunities for bonuses throughout the year.
4) A very supportive HR group. For those team members in management roles who have difficult employees, HR is always readily available to work through the issues, give you feedback on how to handle different situations and they always hear both sides to the story.
5) The vacation and medical benefits are pretty stellar.
6) I love that one of their pillars is community service. I love working for a company that gives to the community so much.
Cons
1) Inadequate staffing at smaller properties
