Pros

Insurance benefits can be great if you stay long Pay is slightly above average Training opportunities Many good employees

Cons

Very heavy workload expected Too much politics involved to get a promotion. Many people have been discriminated based on their age and sex. Hard work is not rewarded Constant turnover Upper Management is hired based on physical attributes Short staffed at many properties

Pros

I did like my co-workers and there was a good sense of teamwork.

Cons

Managers come in late and leave before you do. Not great leadership. They workload is considerably more than similiar positions at competing firms and the pay is under market. When there is turnover, the remaining employes will be loaded up with more work instead of hiring. The benefits were also horrible. After changing companies, I found my health insurance premiums to go down by about 40% for basically the same policy.
