Pros

I have a great site team and our property generally fills up. We work hard but also have an awesome time while working.

Cons

Our RPM doesn't always communicate with us as well as I'd hope and we've had more than one instance where we didn't receive correct paychecks and it was a very lengthy process to get the problem resolved.

Pros

We all know that people are more likely to comment when their upset. Nearly everyone of my coworkers say what a great company this is. Especially if you have a great on site team. Training here is the best and most thorough Ive ever had. Most places hand you the keys to the model and say "your on your own" basically. Greystar offers multiple training classes. Promoting from within (I actually took a demotion just to get hired by greystar because they were promoting from within so much!) Im so thankfull I did becuase there was so much 'greystar way of doing things' to learn!

Cons

Id like to have easier access to see nationwide job openings. What about the people that want to transfer out of state? The online Job access portal isnt the most user friendly. It asks you to pick a community for which to apply for, but I dont know which communities are hiring! Sometimes it can be difficult working for the owner, and greystar. Expectations from both can often exceed a 40 hour work week. If your hourly depending on your manager you may get paid for it, if your salary you will not get overtime. Also, Greystar doesnt do any Christmas bonuses. Maybe becuase they are so large, but its nice to get an extra 'something' this time of year. I also feel like your personal look is very important in this company! The nicer the property you want, the better looking you need to be. Maybe all companies are this way?
