      NONE - more CONS though- .....jump off your feet & kiss their butt when they walk in the door, go home and blow up social media on their behalf

      Healthcare, great peers, and beautiful community.

      Cons

      Worst experience of my life. Property mgr was always locked behind closed doors and would never loop the team in with anything. Always gave negative emails how the quote ship was sinking. Never cared about the employees. I had a death in the family and he asked if I had to go to the funeral versus work. Run away fast!

      Structure, workflow metrics and readily available materials to make recurring processes more efficient

      Cons

      The outward promise of career growth and upward mobility to all employees that work hard and show potential. However, it’s only ever offered to inner circle surrounding middle management regardless if they have the professional skills required. Anyone else outside that circle who excels at their current role and is viable for promotion is piled onto until they inevitably fail to keep them out of the running.
