Pros

Decent PTO Decent Pay Decent benefits

Cons

C-Suite level is so out of touch it hurts. They take away covid pay Jan 1 and send out a video thanking all of us for our hard work during the pandemic… It was probably the most tone deaf thing I’ve ever seen. Easy to take away covid pay when you work from home unlike the onsite teams. Bob Faith, come back down to earth from that pedestal you sit on and see what its actually like working for your company.

Pros

Really nothing, health insurance great.... you can get that anywhere as a full time employee. Greystar is a very greedy company and organization pretending to be "not" like the rest. They do not care about their employees or how hard they work for "their" company. Just an endless machine with revolving doors. Because everyone is disposable.. They don't care about you, or any dedicated hard working individual. And why should they? They are a Multi-BILLON dollar company......... What's people's lively hoods to them? They aren't even in touch with their own employees, or their financial struggles/ dedication to making a "livable wage" Also there is absolutely NO Work Life Balance, so you better enjoy just working all week long, weekends. and most holidays. Not to mention at most properties by yourself... with no management present or who actually even care... Sound fun yet???

Cons

They only care about making more money for their higher ups, and don't care about the "little people" because they have no idea what one does to actually work for their paycheck. Even if, they do pay you its certainly not enough to get you by, or maybe keep you from living pay check to paycheck. If you ask for any kind of assistance or a small raise they say they can't afford to pay you a dollar more or even two. Then somehow your supposed to love your job/work environment, the industry.. yeah right!!! Not to mention they lie to you about what you can make commission wise, so don't let them fool you. Different property owners different commission rates.... give me a break... greedy, selfish, individuals if you ask me.

Pros

Ability to transfer to other locations nationwide.

Cons

Continues to make changes for the sake of change with no benefit. Feels like people at the corporate level don’t understand how busy we are on site as they continue to pile more and more on your plate. Endless emails with enormous amounts of information that you’re expected to process and implement with little to no support. Too big and has lost site of the human element that keeps the business afloat.
