Pros

Great Health Benefits along with Mental Health Benefits Most holidays off Work week can be flexible if I need to switch a day for a doctors appointment. That is however dependent on the supervisor. I only said I would refer a friend because everyone is different. I have people in my life who would enjoy it and some who would not.

Cons

Too large of a company making it feel impersonal. Everything feels political- it is hard to move up because you need to know someone to get there. Many co-workers but tiny office staff making it hard to take vacation days that we are expected to take. Hard to find coverage to fill vacation days because overtime is never permitted. I frequently come home with a workload or put in extra time not on the clock- not because I cannot prioritize my time- but because we can be understaffed.

Pros

Large company so they have the best technology and training for their employees. Bonus structures are pretty good although not the best in the business.

Cons

In Texas, Greystar was awesome! But in North Carolina, it was like a different company. Promotions were usually done by who the regional is friends with outside of the workplace. In Texas they have a huge regional office so it wasn't run like a small "good ole' boys club" like it was in North Carolina.

Pros

Widely known company. Largest property management company. Potential for growth.

Cons

Very disorganized from upper management and down the totem pole. Communication is not organized or establish with employees and management.
