Pros

Growth potential. Great name to have on your resume.

Cons

More support from senior management would be nice. There is a serious issue with clicks with this company. If your RPM like you, you will be fine. If you not liked you won't get far with the company. Its difficult not having the support you need from the senior level. Respect the CM's opinions of their property and what's needed to aid in the success of the property is important.

Pros

Good commission and hourly pay for leasing.

Cons

Everything is horrible about this company. Its a joke!! You are expected to do everything by yourself. Management does not help at all. Management will not answer the phones at all, ever!!! They do not interact with residents, they also screen the calls coming into the office by looking at the caller ID and tell you to tell the person calling they are not in the office. What management is really good at is taking personal calls all day long on their cell phones, watching July, netflix and YouTube on the computer all day, oh and "work from home", but unfortunately do not get good reception so they can't answer any of your calls or emails. Management constantly tells at staff and demeans residents. Over 30 residents have emailed the regional in regards to poor customer service, and yet have never heard back.

Pros

The bonuses are a plus and they have pretty good benefits

Cons

Greystar is a large company. The head managers never speak with the assistant managers about the property. They only go by what the property manager says. They will constantly threaten your jobs if numbers are not good. You have to basically look out for yourself because some property managers will try and get rid of you. You have to make sure you document everything that you do because they will wrongfully terminate you. If numbers are not correct you will have to work around the holidays. There are times you will work after hours but won't get paid because over time isn't permitted.
