      Pros

      Used to be flexibility, it no longer exists due to the extremely high workload and lack of attention to employees work life balance.

      Cons

      Low pay, high workload IT issues. Outsourced accounting services to India. Really stressful work environment. Management dishonesty.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are good, bonuses are good.

      Cons

      No training, grace period for learning is maybe 2 weeks. No support from upper management always told to put in a help desk ticket or find the training. Yet whatever you need help with needs to be done now and always with a smile. In order to keep up with all the reports, exhausting marketing, and endless meetings you need to work 12-15 hour days. Management’s time is always more valuable than yours.

      - pay - benefits - easy to make extra $$ if you’re good at sales

      Cons

      - racism in the workplace - lack of support from upper management - will lie about bonuses and lay you off if the building sells - toxic will not help if you experience a problem
