Benefits are comparable to other companies.

Cons

I came into a work environment where the team had this is just how it is mentality. The manager didn’t try to change the culture, so it forced me to be more nonchalant. The manager never wanted to handle staff conflict and left it up to the team to resolve issues. The manager also had a very personal relationship with one of the maintenance techs. The tech was allowed to take extra breaks at the managers apartment in between shifts. The property was dangerous for staff and residents. The manager again would never get involved with safety issues.

Too much reporting work, ridiculous expectations- RPMs and above have evil in their heart. Cry for helps fall on deaf ears, many former employees sue often.

To get career advancing opportunities you have to be apart of the white superiors clique. They stayed silenced during the uproar of BLM and treat the “money makers” (on-site staffs) differently from corporate. During COVID they allowed their corporate staff to be assured and continue to work from home through the remainder of the year while pressing the envelope and putting the office staffs back on a regular schedule. They showed an extreme lack of care in both matters.
