Pros

Greystar is a fantastic company with great benefits and a lot of opportunity for growth.

Cons

Leadership in Revenue Management is incredibly disappointing. Condescending language and bullying behavior is not uncommon from upper management and makes for a miserable work environment.

Pros

Pay and bonus structure is decent

Cons

No organization, lack of support, no accountability of upper management, not able to find answers to correct issues from anyone, training consists of finding what you can in online training and figuring it out, no work/life balance, company culture is awful.
