Pros

Can’t think of any unfortunately.

Cons

There is absolutely zero support. You get trained by watching videos. Not many people learn too well that way. Very corporate- you’re just a number to them. If you’re related to a regional manager you get higher leasing commission than everyone else in the office. Definitely doesn’t treat employees fairly. Lots of favoritism and very cliquey!

Pros

The assistant manager, tenants and people that walk in.

Cons

The manager is about the worst employer I've ever met and couldn't spell the word leader to save her life. I was constantly berated in front of co-workers and guests no doubt out of severe insecurity. The teaching was horrible. Her idea was to scream across the room about what to say exactly so as to stay within proper legalities. Totally unprofessional. While the job itself wasn't bad, the company seriously needs to evaluate who they put in management positions. Also many times I tried to reach out to upper management to complain and got nowhere as if once the company puts someone in charge they are irreplaceable. Also their HR department was non-existent. I could go on for hours about the illegal practices that took place from sexual harassment indications and inappropriate flirting from the "boss", to making co-workers work past 8 hour days only to be severely reprimanded if they put 40+ hours on their timesheets, just because the manager would get yelled at by her boss. I also have the assistant manager as a witness, but most likely won't confess since they were friends. Also having one person on staff for Saturdays at our busiest is beyond insane. This company needs to be seriously evaluated for it's unprofessionalism and illegal practices. Absolutely terrible company. No wonder management was bought out, thank God.
