Pros
Pay and benefits are great.
Cons
Too many training webinars required- webinars are the wrong type of training. Just time consuming and not helpful. Too big of a company, get lost in the employee count, does not hire from within. Repeatedly passed over for promotions that you are qualified for. Too many hoops to jump through to get anything done, too many cooks in the kitchen, too much corporate bologna to CYA all the time. Not enough autonomy from the property level. Too many reports, the job turns into nothing but preparing reports.
