Pros

Great benefits. Large, well-known company. Great participation in giving back to the community and various charities.

Cons

You can work extremely hard and show your worth but if you don't "suck up", you will not be noticed or given the opportunity for advancement. On multiple occassions, associates were hired from the outside and not internally. Regionals are spread way too thin and they don't give you the support you need to do your job because they are inundated with so many other tasks. Being the biggest doesn't always mean you are the best.

I don’t have much to share.

Cons

Worked here 8 months, I thought my work was perfectly fine. New manager walks in and all of a sudden, the same work I’ve been doing is apparently not good enough anymore. Nothing I said they believed, it’s like all the credibility I had was thrown out the window. They blame me for situations that I had no control over because they lack communication, or they forget information I tell them and turn it around on myself. This company is full of picking favorities. Also, when I was hired I requested to have Sundays off so I can spend more time with my family, they said it wouldn’t be done immediately but that they would work towards that. A year goes by, still working Sundays.
