Griffin Resources is literally the most fun place to work! The team is fantastic and incredibly collaborative. Internally, the culture is very relaxed and fun, and I've never seen so much flexibility in a job. As long as you're providing exceptional and timely service to your clients, you could be working from anywhere or on-the-go. You have complete control over how many hours you work, whether that be part-time, full-time, or over-time. Granted, it may take time to ramp up to full-time hours since hours are fueled by client load, but the owner is fantastic at loading her staff quickly and appropriately. Her ultimate goal is to have you doing what you enjoy the most. She stays close to her employees, provides ongoing support, and is committed to our professional development. She's passionate about helping her team fulfill their ideal career path and provides every opportunity she can to make it possible. You must be a self-starter and be able to work independently to succeed in this environment. As much as we collaborate as a team, you still have to take ownership of your project work and balance multiple clients. We all work very hard but it's incredibly rewarding work. The benefits are pretty great considering the company is so small, but we're rapidly growing and the benefits will only get better and better. Working at Griffin Resources is definitely not your average corporate/HR job, and while it may not be for everybody, it provides amazing opportunity for those that desire a non-traditional work environment. Working here is like a "create your own story" book!
