Great culture. The whole team gets along great and really support each other. The owners are wonderful people who really care about their staff.

Cons

Health benefits are a little pricey because the company is small. Hopefully, this will improve as the company grows

Great opportunities to learn and advance your career in HR if you want to widen your scope of industries and company sizes that you work for. Love the remote environment, can do work anywhere.
