Pros

Best people you'll ever meet work in this field. You can really make a difference for some of these kids. Schedule is usually the same week to week. The food is good.

Cons

Pay is terrible. Frequently unsafe from client's violent outbursts. Chronically understaffed. High stress job. Very hard on your mental health - burnout is common, and most new hires only last a couple for months. Training is only somewhat adequate.
