I've worked at Grifols in Dublin for 2 years now, having spend 25 years in the same industry with other employers. Its a truly fantastic place to work, with a wonderful skilled, dedicated and diverse workforce.

Pros

Can be flexible with PTO....

Cons

Everything else. The ROM for R6 is braindead and never promotes any kind of positivity. In speaking with other managers, many of them very much dislike their positions. You have to get really lucky and end up with good higher-ups to get any kind of satisfaction out of this job. The hours are long, they don't allow you to hire the staff you need, and the expectations aren't reachable. Everyone is just a puppet trying to reach budget in a company that's spreading itself too thin. Stay away.

Pros

There a things to like about working at Grifols. The salary is great and the benefits are generous. The company also put a lot of effort into social activities and events, making it a fun and engaging place to work. The people are genuinely great—collaborative, friendly, and diverse,

Cons

However, there are some areas that need attention. There’s a lack of consistency in how employees are treated, which leads to frustration and confusion. Not putting “people first,”! There’s no clear succession planning or development paths, which makes career progression feel uncertain. Promotions can seem inconsistent, and there’s a noticeable lack of transparency in all areas. Additionally, there is a lack of strong communication, both top-down and across teams, which can leave employees feeling out of the loop or unclear on expectations and direction.
