      Pros

      Grimmway Farms is a very Family oriented company that cares about their employees. Nice amenities for breaks and lunch breaks.

      Cons

      Arvin gets very hot in the summertime which makes working a little uncomfortable. While their offices have air conditioning, other areas of the plant do not.

      Grimmway is an AMAZING company to work for! Everyone in every department in every aspect of the company is so friendly!
