Pros

The best thing about this position was receiving a pay check every Friday. Other pros are having experience operators help you learn on the job and you start with maintenance projects on day 1. Great opportunity to learn different industrial tools and vehicles. When working at sites sometimes there were bins with tons of produce (onions, potatoes, carrots, lettuce etc.) that employees could take from to take home.

Cons

They start you off at the minimum wage. The position involves very physically demanding work in dangerous environments. Temperatures outside in Arvin, Ca in the summer can reach 100 plus degrees F. Material suppliers are incompetent and do not provide the best materials to complete maintenance projects with.
