Great people, good benefits, cafeteria on site, will pay for future education as well as give you time at work to study.

Cons

Grinnell is avery small town, The company seems to be set in the old ways. Older employee base, not too many employees under 35.

This company has honest management and is headed in the right direction in most areas. It did have a record profit year and has a good company rating. They also do a decent job of continued education.

Cons

I have several friends that share my same title in other companies in the Des Moines area, which is only about an hour from Grinnell. I know for certain that in each case Grinnell seems to be about 5k low on their salary scale.
