I can't think of any.

Cons

Very poor leadership in their IT department. Very hierarchical - don't question decisions or act like you have a brain and you will do fine here.

Family oriented. Current leadership is working hard to improve employee engagement and I think they are on the right track, but it is a slow process. Stable employment.

Cons

Clerical work constantly pushed up to exempt staff, micro management of in office staff, limited opportunity for advancement, old boys network and nepotism predominate, pay less than market.
