On site fitness center and health clinic. The member mutuals are great to work with. Community atmosphere.

Cons

"good old boys club" promotions rather than performance, sometimes too much "friendly superiors" and not business based relationships.

Short chain of command. Flexabilty

Cons

Very inconsistent between all the claims departments and management levels. Behind in technology for field staff while in the field. Training is poor if need additional. Field staff doesn't write estimates just takes photos so very under utilized
