I can't think of any positives

Cons

Especially leaders in IT are pathetic and don’t know what they are doing at times. There is no future for this company if you have such bad leadership sitting and making stupid mistakes. Please fire senior leader first and relook what you can do better before dreaming to be 1000 plus stores. Such a waste of time working in this company and feel bad for all hard working souls knowing their future going to be ruined.

It was decent as a job, but not the best

The co workers were great, the managers genuinely cared for their employees, and the latest you would have to stay after closing in 1 hr bc everything shut off after that

Cons

There where no benefits, the owner would have one person do the job of 3, some employees had a larger work load then others, and hardly anyone wanted to stay after 8 mo due to the lack of benefits, PTO, and sick leave.
