      Pros

      I love working here. Since Grocery Outlet is a family owned...the atmosphere is just great. I feel at home when I am working and hard work goes appreciated.

      Cons

      I don't believe there are any cons to this job. One thing I would change is to offer a better updated, detailed list of all codes to enter into the system for us cashiers.. I want to ensure a fast, error free experience for our customers. Some are outdated

      Best employees and it is not corporate . its a family owned business and they treat us with the up most respect.

      there are no cons this company is the best . we save people money and treat customers like our own family

      Pros

      Great career for any corporate employee in retail to have a chance at being your own boss. You really run your own business.

      Cons

      However, as a small business owner you also assume all of the risks that go with that position. Many times your are treated like a manager since you really have no say in the end.
