Pros

The schedule was same set everyday and had weekends off. Customers become friends, they don't drug or background test you and the non formal set up was easy to do.

Cons

They had me heading the dept all to myself all while making me backup cashier which was needed every minute so I felt overwhelmed. Only half hour lunches. Not much room to advance.
