Really bad management. Work daily starts at 4pm and goes on and on till 1 am to sync with their offshore team. Very unethical leadership who decided to move all tech stack to SAP. Inexperienced directors taking wrong decision without much clarity on solution.

Pros

Grocery Outlet has a very positive company culture expectation for their employees to be kind, humble, and team players. I have found the employees really embody this. Their onboarding experience includes meeting with many cross functional associates to get a feel for everyone's role. All of these meetings have been positive and friendly. Work/life balance is a priority for the company and they encourage people to form strong relationships inside and outside the company.

Cons

I have seen some resistance to change and new ideas that rock the boat too much from the norm, but I think that's just human nature.
