Pros

There. Are. No. Pros. None.

Cons

Terrible management, chaotic, poorly organized, no discernable coordination. Owners have a CEO mentality for a small family operation. Poor training when training actually happened. Dirty store, only used vinegar to "sanitize", immense dust build up on shelves and products. Management will single you out and make your work life difficult beyond reason. Vindictive.

Pros

Fun/wonderful coworkers. Nice/down to earth customers. Great products. Owner was awesome. No longer work for the company but look back fondly. Very underrated grocery job.

Cons

Stores are located in troubled areas...safety needs to be more of a priority. Theft was constant and staff is not equipped to handle such challenges. A safe store will lead to increased customer and employee satisfaction.

Thank you for sharing your experience as a Cashier. As you know, our stores are independently owned and operated. I would encourage you to reach out to your store’s independent owner to share more about your experience. Best of luck in your career endeavors!
