      Pros

      I am so thankful for a flexible schedule that allows me to still live my life and work full time. I don’t have to be afraid of getting fired/looked down upon because I need to leave early or have an appointment. Thankful for the wonderful managers and coworkers. I hate the term “family” for a business environment, but this is pretty darn close without using that word. The amount of personal & career growth that can happen here is unreal.

      Cons

      More communication about reviews/raises would be nice. Do NOT work here if you have a bad attitude. It will suck.

      Very fun energetic environment. Generous CEO who cares about sharing the company’s success with the employee.

      Year after year they hire too many people for the busy season and then have purges where they fire large groups of people
