      Pros

      Groove is by far the best company I have worked for. It has that small company feel but with big cooperation reach and goals. The owner is brilliant and genially cares for each of his employees and that mindset trickles down through all the management team. I would highly recommend working for Groove Entertainment Technologies.

      Cons

      If you do not have work ethic then you would not like working here, but if you have drive, intelligence and enjoy a friendly work place, I would look for opportunities to work for Groove Entertainment Technologies.

      Groove is the best job I have ever had. The culture of the company is so positive and way fun. The leadership is way chill and focused on bettering the employees life.

      Pros

      Never been treated better by a company in my life. From the President down, core values are practiced and demonstrated daily. Growing very fast with endless opportunity help growth and a promote from within culture. Amazing opportunity to meet financial goals and work in a great environment. Great benefits (401k, Health, Dental, Vision and more) And being in technology these days is an ideal industry for opportunity and security.

      Cons

      In regards to sales, there is a 6 - 9 month ramp up period. There is a lot involved to understanding the products, pitch and process. However, adequate training is provided.
