      Pros

      Compensation, benefits, culture, management that is not only shrewd at business but manages like they care about employees, all you can eat snack bar, company sponsored events and parties, providing a tangible service for customers that will be needed far into the future, growing like crazy.

      Cons

      Gotta get here at 8am, I'm not a morning person, but I've adapted.

      Pros

      Groove has really established a positive work environment and value their employees. There has been a lot of growth within the organization recently that has carried some great momentum and success for both the company and employees. Since the company is growing, there is a good amount of autonomy in most roles here where you can leave your mark and step into places beyond your basic job description.

      Cons

      Growth does bring some challenges in quickly needing to establish new processes to support everything the company is looking to do. However, if you are the type of person that can move quickly and welcomes the opportunity to overcome new challenges, you will do well here.
