This company is not what it used to be. It's a seriously sinking ship. No single reason is enough to explain why, but here are the top reasons: a long history of mismanagement, abrupt layoffs, short tenures, and a mass exodus of talented folks when xAd became GroundTruth. This company was actually a place worth considering when it was still xAd. But now it's GroundTruth, and it is nothing more than a mess hall where fractious people dawdle in, do their time, and rush home. There's no shortage of red tape, politicking, bureaucracy, and disgruntled workers. Whereas xAd was a lively crowd, GroundTruth is a dispirited band that plateaued long ago. Upper management seriously dropped the ball at that point in time. There's really no good reason to join or stay here unless you curiously enjoy, among other things, poor work life balance, apathetic colleagues, incessant layoffs, and pointless meetings that consume well over half of your time.
