Mobile is hot in media. The technology had offered some interesting differentiators in 2013 and into 2014. Originally, search overlay was promoted as the major difference between xAd and its competitors. The culture began focusing on rewarding employees for their contributions.

Cons

The undercurrent that prevails is -- give me everything you got. Work life balance is non existent. The senior executives come from middle management positions in lack-luster companies. None posses a great deal of management experience beyond hovering over junior-level rank and file.
