Pros

Good people and ethical. Everyone is friendly and supportive.

Cons

The company is still adjusting to the merger of three different entities. There is no thought to company culture and the leadership staff has not adjusted to the growth. As government contractors, Gswell is reluctant to say 'no' to a customer even if that customer is making a big mistake. I'm afraid they place politics above performance. This is not an engineering company - they're sales first.
