Pros

None that come to mind

Cons

- terrible coworkers who wont talk to you and will stab you in the back - HR is shady and acts like they care about you and have your back, but in reality they are all friends from Deloitte who only lookout for themselves, If you arent coming from Deloitte, forget about HR ever thinking of you as more than a number - low pay and will gaslight you into thinking "we cant pay more than our rockstar employees" which is a complete lie - SHADIEST LEADERS. They will literally charge primes WAYYYY more than they will ever pay their developers - Management doesnt know how to lead, so they just yell at their employees. It's gotten worse and worse, sometimes theyll even yell in the middle of client meetings with everyone there! They do not care at all. If you are a woman or POC- RUN!!! This is a heavily white male dominated company who fights HR constantly. Women at this company have been assaulted, even at company events, and they just turn a blind eye to it. If you arent a white male who binge drinks in the office everyday, RUN!!

Pros

Salary was competitive. Interviewers were friendly and smart and had subject matter knowledge for productive conversations.

Cons

Multiple interview rounds for senior title with bait and switch at offer on title, comp range, and clearance requirements. Onboarding was non-existent outside of learning your management chain and the usual compliance before getting thrown to a toxic senior manager. No interaction with department peers or real work deliverables. Recent merger of three companies, maybe non-delivery departments are functional.

Pros

good resources and okay work life balance

Cons

They love to distract employees from the bad stuff by ordering lunches for the office, hosting game nights & other extra curricular activities and focusing on "the culture". They'll make you do much more work expected of your role and deny you of a promotion year after year even though you've been performing above your role consistently - many folks have told me anecdotes suggesting this. Some folks in management are so egotistical and arrogant - it's a pain to work with them. No incentive to work harder - Terrible bonuses, no rewards, You only get promoted if you are liked, not if you're performing above expectations. Many people are silently quitting now because of the things listed here.
