Profit First Culture with Broken Promises and Poor Work Life Balance

Life improved immediately after leaving the company.

Cons

Management prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction, routinely overworking employees and then discarding them when they are burned out. Promises of ownership equity payouts are made but never fulfilled, Senior leadership appears driven more by ego than by any meaningful long term vision. Overall, this is not a recommended workplace, as there are better opportunities available that offer stronger benefits and a healthier work life balance.
