You have the potential to move up if you know the right people. Turn over rate is crazy so if you're there more than 2 months you'll be considered an old timer

Cons

Your bonus is constantly chipped away at while bad salesman continue to sell low quality jobs. The company has changed from caring about the customer to pushing volume and numbers. No regard to personal safety in the winter.

Cons

You have to cover all your own expenses and Conduct all "Free" Inspections scheduled by the corporate office, even if it costs YOU time and travel expenses and you know the homeowner wants to buy nothing
